I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a staycation at Alona Haven, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a fantastic night's sleep every night of my stay. The amenities were also top-notch. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was pristine and surrounded by lush greenery. What truly stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by Host. From the front desk to kuya Property Manager, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, and their genuine kindness made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, my staycation was a wonderful escape, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing gateway. ❤️❤️ KUDOS ❤️❤️

We liked the place because it was near PICC. Everything in the description were accurate. Strong WiFi connection, easy-to-use smart TV, cold airconditioner, cold and hot shower. The place was just right for 4 persons. There were convenience stores within the area. We just didn't like the weak network signal if you're in the lobby (but that didn't affect our experience). Things that can be improved on: Clean linen/cover/cloth for the sofa. There was still a lipstick stain. New piece of mirror or a mirror replacement in the living room 'cause that might be a safety hazard. In totality, we loved the place. The host and the property manager were accomodating and friendly. I forgot to mention that toiletries are also provided. We will definitely go back! Thanks again!
